Pre-Rental and End of Lease Walk Throughs
Radiant Blue, LLC will perform a pre-rental walk through as well as an end-of-lease walk through. This process is to protect you as the renter from responsibility for existing damages or defects in the property.
Both walk throughs will include a review of all interior aspects of the rental property from floor to ceiling and everything in between. A PDF report will be provided after the pre-rental walk through documenting all damages and defects in place prior to move in. This part of the process is crucial to you as a tenant, as it allows you to identify existing issues with the property. By documenting these issue during the pre-rental walk through you are ensuring that you are not held accountable for them.
The end-of-lease walk through will be used to identify any new damage that was not noted in the pre-rental walk through. Any new damage that is not considered normal wear and tear will be assessed, noted, discussed with the departing tenant and the cost to repair the damage will be deducted from the departing tenant’s security deposit.
