 You will be invited

Look for an email from Cozy, which will guide you through the setup process. It takes less than 5 minutes.

• You’re in control. Set your payment amount and send date. Set up recurring or manual payments.
• Pay with your checking account for free, or use your credit or debit card for a 2.75% fee.
• Build your credit. Cozy works with Experian RentBureau to help you build your credit history, just by paying your rent every month.
• Your info is secure. Cozy uses bank-level encryption and secure connections.
• We’re mobile-friendly. Access Cozy from any connected device, including your phone.

Set up Payments

You can pay with a checking account for free, or with a debit or credit card for a 2.75% transaction fee.

Forget about rent!

Cozy lets you set up automatic payments so you don’t have to remember to send rent every month. You can also pay manually, and Cozy will remind you a few days before rent is due.
